What happens after James says “No”???
How does the couple bear this terrified night and what happens to their struggle for survival?

THUMBS UP:

Well! the movie is much better than other flicks of this genre but somehow it fails to impress. “The Strangers” is scary and in few parts it sends a chill down your spine. Liv Tyler looks awesome while she screams (but not in excess) and Scott Speedman can act a little bit.

THUMBS DOWN:

The Director is making a debut and that is what makes me a bit generous towards the weaknesses of the movie. “The Strangers” starts very impressively but losses its charm with the introduction of not-so-fascinating scenes of horror and violence which are patchy as well as crappy. The Masked strangers somehow fail to impress as most of the scenes are repetitive and there are too many flaws in the violence sequences and horror scenes.

My Rating for the movie is 5 out of 10 as the Director needs a second chance as I personally believe that he has the potential to do a much better job.
