Storyline/Synopsis: Dr. Emma Lloyd (Uma Thurman) is the Love Doctor for the New York Radio station. Married men hate her but she has a huge female fan following. She has saved many families and ladies just follow her advice blindly. One day Sophia, following the counseling of the Love doctor, breaks up with her fiancé Patrick Sullivan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), a New York City fireman. Now, Patrick decides to payback the Love doctor, whatever he got because of her. He, with the help of a computer genius, gets a chance of revenge. On hearing the plans of Emma getting married, they decide to change her official marital status and when she and her fiancé go in for registered marriage, they get a shock of their life that Emma is married with none other than the fireman, Patrick.
