Strengths
• a good effort by the choreographer in instilling high energy level in the dance movements.
• though the dancing is not that groundbreaking or a milestone, yet its great fun to watch.
• electrifying soundtrack including tracks from T-Pain, Missy Elliott, Flo Rida, Cassie, Kevin Michael featuring Wyclef, and more. one craves for more...
• the cool soundtrack is worthy download on iTunes
• a good and well-knitted story could also be said as a bonus for the viewers
• being a sequel, it succeeds in standing parallel to the first one, to a certain extent
• suave choreography
• energetic and satisfying
Flaws
• somewhere, it fails to ignite the heat like that in the original one by Tatum and Jenna Dewan
• then the other drawback in the sequel is the crew of dancers of MSA who act as complete misfits
• emotionally, the movie lacks the essence showed by the original one
Over all, its a fully entertaining light-hearted movie loved by the teens crazy for good music and hot dance moves. I would recommend you to go for this movie with your date, it will rock!!!
Enjoy!
